My Association with Software Catalysts : Initially attended few sessions of the training. (Currently located in Herdon, VA) Operated by Raj Mukhi.

Good things About Software Catalysts : As described below: 1. Organized curriculum on BA/ QA. 2. Organized notes on BA/ QA.

Not so good things About Software Catalysts : As described below: 1. Poor training- Trainer Chirag Desai only reads out from the notes, no practical training on any BA/ QA tools. (Ex-Visio). Sunny Nangia emphasizes on using youtube and external aid. 2. Vague contract- Too many clauses to attain. 3. Unclear intentions- Contract is mailed on the same day of signing with a deadline of 5 PM EST time. Also it is mailed in middle of training by Nirali Tonk. 4. Non transparent marketing- Marketing head Sunny Nangia is very unclear of how marketing takes place (Ex- Proxy, support, resume preparation) 5. Very rude and unprofessional way of communicating. 6. Very poor billing rate and relocation expenses.

Not so good things About Software Catalysts : Very bad company. They pay very less and very unprofessional.I complained to DOL also.

My Association with Software Catalysts : I am a recruiter They supplied candidates to me. Received 2 resumes. 1 was definitely fake, the other not sure. Worse once confronted the company recruiter attempted a long drawn out story about the candidate not being fake. Suspect this candidate is on an OPT student visa, through they claim he is a EAD part way through GC processing but the dates don't fit the story. Now I am very cautious about using any candidate from them. Buyer Beware

My Association with Software Catalysts : I am working for this company. Join this company only if you want to get marketed not to learn and then placed. The classroom teaching of this company is horrible, terrible. But placement is okay. so if you think you know everything and just need placement assistance this company might help you. But again like other companies they will suck the blood out of you.
