Good things About VENTECH SOLUTIONS : Ventech Solutions did what the said and they got my H1B approved with no issues. Ventech Solutions has a superb office in columbus. Ventech's sales folks are professional and transparent of getting the placement for me.

Not so good things About VENTECH SOLUTIONS : I had to trade off of my expectations but that is what the reality is!

Good things About VENTECH SOLUTIONS :

Not so good things About VENTECH SOLUTIONS : Very Important thing is that employee can file their complain in Department of Labor (DOL), www.dol.gov/compliance/guide/h1b.htm. Employee can download the pdf file and can send it to the DOL office. All affected employee must file their complaint in DOL, then only these types of ugly companies will get vanished. One of the consultancy is closed recently, because number of complaints.

Good things About VENTECH SOLUTIONS : NONE.. THEY ARE ALL BIG CHEATERS...

Not so good things About VENTECH SOLUTIONS : Everything about this company sucked... Once you come to US through this company they will make your life HELL. If you are fortunate enough or if you have contacts in US and you get a project its all good otherwise YOU WILL SUFFER like anything. If you don't get the project they will kick you after couple of months however IT WON'T BE YOUR MISTAKE...... They don't have direct clients. They are rude and unprofessional they are not responsive especially the owner (a**s hole) and his wife. Cannot place people, they have two lousy marketing people. They never ever placed a single candidate so far. All of them got placed by their own…..

My Association with VENTECH SOLUTIONS : I am an Employee

Good things About VENTECH SOLUTIONS : Is there any Good about this ? They Know how to talk and trap in thier nice words and cheat the Innocent H1B holders. Get Money in the name of Processign Green card not small amount, huge Money. and still you pay for all the Processign and Lawyer Fee and even for H1B, you pay yfrom Pocket. Where is department of Law? dont they audit thier company? And if you ask that money back they will say that you are not even working for thier company. How Cool ha !!? do they think they can get away from all these illegal Nonsense. is there no Law that can back fire them. what is he goign to do with all this blood sucking Money is he goign to tak it with him when he dies ??? One day I will demand my Money, interest for that and damages, that time will come soon. there should be an end for everything. should not go any further.
