Hi friends,
i applied for h1b last yr i.e 1st april 2008, i got h1b approved. And I got h1b stamped on my passport. But i am still in india because my petitioner is not able to arrange any project for me.i left my india job in india. Now my company H1b petitioner is not allowing me to come in US. So, please suggest me what to do now.
Can i transfer my h1b in my case.
Is there any possible solution to come out of this situation.
