Hi guys. I am Dev working as a Business Analyst in NC. The reason I started this post is to provide information to people who are non-technical (ex: MBA's, CA etc.) who want to work in US and need H1 sponsorship. If anyone has information regarding the same, please start adding to the post. Since there is lot of difference in financial system of US and India, we can provide information on what type of short courses they need to pursue to seek a good job in the US Banking/Finance Industry, which companies provide sponsorship etc..

Hello Everyone,
I am in the same boat as you guys. I don't have any tech background and I am planning to do the BA training. The consultancy that I am joining says that non tech background will not be a problem. I am taking the risk of joining their training. Any suggestions on this ? I am graduating May 2010.
Mr. Dev, Is your consultancy e- verified ? If its one of the better ones, kindly let me know so that I can join it .
Thanks and regards,
- Sunil
